Order Processing
- All orders of in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- Order processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include transit days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on individual item weight, location, and order size.
Orders with individual items weighing less than 30 lbs and an order total dollar value of $89.99 or over ship for free.
Orders with individual items weighing 30 lbs or more and an order total dollar value of $249.99 or over ship for free.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
While we are not responsible for product damage, delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to help locate or resolve product and shipment issues whenever possible. Please contact us at customercare@monsterpets.com, and we’ll assist you.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
