Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must be unused and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Clearance Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • For safety reasons, all pet food and similar products are not returnable.

Merchandise that requires warranty coverage after the time of sale is to be handled with the manufacturer. We can assist you in contacting them, but we do not handle warranty claims with the manufacturer. 

Exchanges

If you need a different item, return the original product once approved. After the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact customercare@monsterpets.com
